Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics Secondary Education
Students wanting to obtain a EQ: (7-12) Secondary Mathematics Teaching Certification will need to take and pass the following MTTC Tests:

Program Outcomes
Students will be able to apply their understanding of evidence-based instructional strategies to plan, differentiate, and lead instruction that engages all learners in any 7-12 Mathematic classroom.
Students will demonstrate an understanding of Mathematic content, and curriculum to support diverse learners in achieving meaningful academic outcomes.
Students will demonstrate an ability to effectively assess student knowledge and use assessment data to guide instruction in any 7-12 Mathematic classroom.
Students will be able to demonstrate professional responsibility by adhering to ethical standards that consistently exhibit behaviors that promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
