MGMT335 Business Strategy
This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of business strategy—bridging traditional strategic management principles with modern, data-driven approaches powered by artificial intelligence (AI). Students will explore classical frameworks such as Porter’s Five Forces, the Resource-Based View, and SWOT analysis, while learning how AI and analytics are transforming competitive advantage, decision-making, and organizational design. Through case studies, simulations, and project-based learning, students will examine how leading firms leverage AI for market analysis, customer insight, operations optimization, and strategic forecasting.
