CS490 Capstone Project
(EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING) Independent project on a Computer Science problem topic approved by the department, and under the supervision of a Computer Science department faculty member. The students will carry out research on the topic, develop, design, and implement a programming solution. By the end of this course, students will submit a well-written report, the code, and presentation. Other topics covered in this course include computing ethics and impact on society of computing Technology. (Prerequisite: Senior standing, Completion of core courses in the major, Department approval required)
Notes
This course may be offered online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities or in seat at Adrian College. Online instruction may be provided by faculty employed by partner institutions within the consortium, with technology and administrative support provided by Rize Education.
Oversight of courses offered through the consortium are reviewed and approved by Adrian College. Students register through Adrian College and receive academic credit from Adrian College.
