ART341 Capstone: User Experience III - Goal Oriented Web Design

There is no substitute for experience. In this course, students will propose and build a new website for an existing company. This website should be optimized to boos conversion events for the company in question. Students will need to research customer behavior and industry trends to successfully complete this course. This course will test all of the skills a student has built through their Web Design major- design, prototyping, optimization and programming. (Prerequisites: ART228. ART328, ART339, ART340, CS103 and CS110).

Any of the following: User Experience I: Understanding User Experience (ART339), User Experience II: Building Compelling User Experiences (ART340), Programming for Everyone I (CS103), Web Development (CS110), Introduction to Graphic Design (ART228), Graphic Design II (ART328)

This course may be offered online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities or in seat at Adrian College. Online instruction may be provided by faculty employed by partner institutions within the consortium, with technology and administrative support provided by Rize Education.

Oversight of courses offered through the consortium are reviewed and approved by Adrian College.  Students register through Adrian College and receive academic credit from Adrian College.
