SOCW315 Grief and Loss
This course is an overview of grief and loss across the span of life, looking at theoretical frameworks, different types of loss and the different grieving patterns depending on developmental stages. It 's important for Social Workers to identify common losses, but also those that are less recognizable. Social Workers must be adept at helping people process the meaning of that loss in their life.
