PHYS101 Introductory Physics I
(NATURAL SCIENCE) This is the first course in a two-semester survey of physics using algebra and trigonometry. Topics include kinematics, Newtonian mechanics, conservation laws, and properties of matter including thermodynamics and the physics of fluids. This sequence does not count toward physics major or minor. (Does not count towards Physics major or minor.) (Prerequisite: MATH115 or placement beyond MATH115) Fall.
