PHIL231 Mock Trial

An introduction to trial advocacy. Students will learn about the criminal law and the judicial process, cross examination, evidentiary objections, and legal arguments. Students will read, analyze and try a specific court case. May be repeated. Students may only take a maximum of three credits. Course Fee: $350.00
