MUS353 Singers’ Diction (Italian/German)

Students shall learn rules of diction for Italian and German song literature. Techniques for preparing and performing songs, text analysis and translation, as well as the application of the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) will be incorporated. (Prerequisite: 3 semesters of MUS237 (Applied Voice) )
