MUS304 Conducting II

This course provides a more concentrated and further advancement of conducting technique for the future music professional. More advanced conducting techniques will be covered including cues, compound meter, score study, rehearsal techniques, multiple historical styles of conducting, and baton technique. Students will have the opportunity to practice skills in front of live musicians, as well as with recordings.
