CS323 Computer Organization and Architecture
This course covers the fundamental knowledge areas of computer organization and architecture. Topics include data representation, basic digital logic circuits, memory types and hierarchies, I/O and storage devices, CPU architectures such as RISC, CISC, parallel and multi-core. Three hours of lectures, two hours of laboratory work per week. (Prerequisite: CS104 or CS103).
