MLCJ270 Japanese Business Culture

In this course, students will learn about the area of Japanese culture centered around business and the work environment. Students will study key philosophical ideas endemic to Japanese culture, learn how they inform Japanese companies, and develop strategies to successfully adapt in a multicultural work environment. This course does not require a background in Japanese language.
