MIL201 Leadership and Decision Making

Identifies successful leadership characteristics through observation of others and self, using experiential learning exercises designed to teach students how to communicate, how to build teams and how to plan and organize effectively. Enrollment in this course includes enrollment in a required Leadership Lab.
