MGMT370 Introduction to Project Management

This course introduces students to vital project- management concepts, including foundational principles and the life-cycle of projects. Students will also develop an understanding of how individual projects, and the larger programs the makeup, fit within the context of an organization. Course covers two basic approaches to project management, waterfall (predictive) and agile. (Prerequisite: BUS101).
