HIST361 The "American Century"

An examination of the postwar American response to the prospect of living in an uncertain world, including political and cultural perspectives. Focuses on historiographical debates on the post-war period. (Prerequisite: One previous HIST, RELG, PHIL, ENGL, or PSCI course, or instructor's permission ).
