FIN412 Financial Modeling

This course provides students with the skills and knowledge to build and analyze fully integrated three-statement financial models, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. Students will learn to develop supporting schedules (revenue, cost, depreciation, debt, equity, etc.), link financial statements, and perform scenario and sensitivity analyses using Excel. Emphasis is placed on model accuracy, logical structure, and professional presentation standards. The course is designed to prepare students for careers in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, and other finance-related fields. It also prepares students to pursue an advanced financial modeling certification that is globally recognized in the finance industry. (Prerequisites: FIN310)
