Each event creates unique production issues. Emphasis is placed on the decision-making necessary to produce successful and sustainable events. Concept development, proposals and agreements, budgeting, generating revenues and other objectives, coordination between multiple stakeholders and service providers, monitoring and post-event evaluation. (Prerequisite: EVNT290).
