ECON323 Intermediate Economics
This course provides a unified and analytical approach to understanding how individuals, firms, and governments make decisions and interact within an economy. Topics include resource allocation, consumer behavior, production decisions, market dynamics, price determination, economic growth, inflation, employment, and the role of policy. Emphasis is placed on using theoretical models and analytical tools to explore the functioning and stability of an economic system. The course draws on both historical and contemporary perspectives to deepen students’ understanding of economic behavior and outcomes. (Prerequisite: ECON201 and ECON202)
