CHEM304 Quantitative Chemical Analysis
The study of chemical stoichiometry and equilibria, including elementary principles of volumetric, gravimetric, and spectrophotometric analysis as applied to chemical analysis. This will include the theory of modern instrumental analysis techniques, including ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry, emission, atomic absorption, infrared & nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and gas chromatography methods. Prerequisites: MATH115, CHEM106 and CHEM118; Co-requisite: CHEM306
