BIOL351 Plant Physiology

Advanced discussion of cellular and tissue function and whole organism biochemical processes in living plants. Topics will include water and mineral movement, photosynthesis, primary metabolism, phloem translocation, secondary metabolites, growth and development, and control of flowering. Three hours of lecture per week. (Prerequisites: BIOL103 OR BIOL131, CHEM105, and CHEM117)
