(HUMANITIES) WRITING INTENSIVE) Movements and artists significant in the 20th and 21st centuries in the visual arts are studied. Careful attention given to key philosophical, theoretical, social and historical influences, especially to ideas such as Postmodernism, identity, and the body. (Prerequisite: one prior AHIS course).
